Refund policy
No returns. Furniture can be exchanged within 7 days, in its original packing and boxes. Mattresses can only be exchanged in their original plastic packing.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all exchanges due to a change of mind.
The delivery fee is non-refundable and is charged for every delivery visit.
Deposits: a deposit can be refunded within 48 hours of paying it. After 48 hours it is non-refundable.
